PR Move of the Day:Portland Trail Blazers used Hanukah for a fun program last week, as documented in the piece in the Williamette Week. It was the lastest in a series of efforts the team is doing to identify and reinvigorate what was one of the most dedicated fan bases in the NBA, and was a great example of unconventional outreach. The team worked with a local group to sell tickets, erect a menorah, and do a Hanukah education program for the fans, even havin.
