Stern spoke at length with Marc Spears of the Boston Globe and covered a wealth of touchy topics, but showed the usual poise and balance, as well as tempered optimism, that business leaders today should always have but sometimes don’t. The interview is a great case of how tricky subjects can be addressed and answered from a position of leadership. The Rocky Mountain News also has a good piece on the lack of overall panic that has been avoided by the sports world with the current economic crisis…the New York Times has an interesting look at how Tommy Amaker's recruiting tactics at Harvard may be altering the hoops scope in the Ivy League…the Arizona Republic has a fun look at all the tattooes of the Suns’ Matt Barnes and the story behind each…with the New York City Marathon a little over a month away, Liz Robbins has a profile of cancer survivor Harrie Bakst, great example of the stories behind the stories of the world's largest single day sporting event.?
